Terms & Conditions — egp88 Online Gaming Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "egp88" refers to the online gaming platform operated at egp88.one, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, cashier systems, and customer support channels associated therewith.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on egp88.
• "Account" refers to the individual, non-transferable user account created by a Member upon registration, identified by a unique username and password combination.
• "Platform" refers to the egp88 website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and any associated applications or mirror sites made available to Members.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on any sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held within a Member's egp88 Account balance, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or reload incentive granted by egp88 to a Member, subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Clause 6.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by egp88 before a Member may withdraw Funds or access certain platform features.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, region, or territory in which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law and from which egp88 does not accept registrations.

Access to egp88 and the ability to place Wagers on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. egp88 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing Funds originating from, a third party. All Accounts must be operated solely in the name of the registered Member.
• You must not be a current or former employee of egp88, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written authorization from egp88's compliance department.
• You must not have previously had an egp88 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. egp88 reserves the right to apply geo-restrictions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

egp88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification and proof of address — at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

To access the full range of egp88 products and services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated Funds and permanent suspension.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• A valid and unique username of your choosing;
• A secure password meeting egp88's minimum complexity requirements;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes;
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Your preferred local bank account details or e-wallet identifier for withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. Any change to your contact details, banking information, or identity documents must be reported to egp88 support promptly via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. egp88 reserves the right to void Wagers and withhold Funds where inaccurate or misleading registration data is discovered.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. egp88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify egp88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• egp88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Member failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• egp88 may, at its discretion, lock an Account pending investigation if suspicious login activity is detected, including logins from unrecognized IP addresses or unusual geographic locations.

Members are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) within their Account security settings. egp88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and financial transactions to protect your data in transit.

All financial transactions on egp88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). egp88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian Members:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of five (5) minutes of confirmed bank receipt. egp88 charges zero fees on all deposits. Any bank or e-wallet service fees imposed by your financial institution are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for verified Members during standard operating hours (24/7, WIB / UTC+7). Prior to your first withdrawal, egp88 requires completion of the KYC verification process, which includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to verified identity documents may be held pending further review.

egp88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk or anti-money-laundering protocols. Compliance with such requests is a condition of withdrawal processing. Funds suspected of being linked to fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity may be frozen pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

egp88 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Members only, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses may be restricted by game category, minimum deposit amount, or Account tier.
• All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific turnover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion detail page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus credit and associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to fulfill wagering requirements through excluded games or bet types will not count toward rollover progress.
• egp88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, collusion, or where a bonus was claimed by a Member who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• A Member may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by current promotion terms.

All Wagers placed on egp88 are subject to the following general betting rules. Product-specific rules — including those governing sportsbook markets, live in-play betting, togel draws, casino table game rules, and slot game mechanics — are published within the relevant game or market section of the Platform.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. egp88 will not reverse or amend a confirmed Wager except in circumstances where an obvious error in the displayed odds, price, or payout table is identified by egp88's trading team.
• egp88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at an incorrect price resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error, regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled.
• In sportsbook markets, egp88 follows internationally recognized settlement rules for each sport. In the event of a dispute over settlement, egp88's decision — made in good faith and with reference to official event results from the governing sports body — is final.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by egp88 at any time without prior notice, including for specific Members where warranted by risk management considerations.
• egp88 does not accept Wagers placed using automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to generate Wagers without direct human input. Detection of automated Wager activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Members must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to egp88 or to other Members. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or platform pricing anomalies;
• Colluding with other Members, casino dealers, or egp88 employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software tools, artificial intelligence, or automated scripts to place Wagers, monitor odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in place of direct human engagement;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform or data systems beyond your authorized Member account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing egp88 support staff or other Members via any communication channel;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with egp88 staff.

All content published on the egp88 Platform — including but not limited to the egp88 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game assets, promotional graphics, written content, and structural elements — is the exclusive property of egp88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Creating derivative works based on egp88 branding, game mechanics, or Platform design;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software;
• Using egp88's brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egp88 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features;
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from maintenance, technical failures, denial-of-service attacks, or circumstances beyond egp88's reasonable control;
• The outcome of any Wager placed on the Platform, including Wagers settled on the basis of incorrect data subsequently corrected;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit egp88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

egp88 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at egp88.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for identity verification, fraud prevention, account administration, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• egp88 does not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact egp88 support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which egp88 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Where arbitration is not applicable or enforceable in a particular context, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents egp88 from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property.

Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and accept full personal responsibility for verifying their compliance with any applicable local laws before accessing the Platform.
